Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of subscription purchase or renewal.
  • The refund request is for technical issues or service unavailability that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction with features after the trial period.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled:

  • Your access to the software will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be billed after cancellation.
  • Refunds are only processed if the cancellation meets the refund eligibility criteria.

Refund Request Process

  • Registered email address or account username
  • Subscription plan purchased
  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
